Pleasant hotel with friendly staff and good location near the beach and night market.
Very nice pool and sunbathing area on the roof of the hotel.
Immediate vicinity of the hotel looks like a construction site.

Good
Bed was comfy, location ideal for airport, 7/11 is 2 mins walk, close to the resorts restaurants and beach. Roof pool is a bonus.
Having stayed at various 4* hotels throughout our Phuket holiday and then staying at the Kokotel for our last two nights before an early morning flight I would say this is a 3* hotel at best, similar to an airport premier Inn, great for an overnight quick stop but not a 4* or "holiday" hotel, basic room with tired/stained furniture, small balcony with one chair, I've never had to "ask reception for hand towels" in a 4* hotel before (they state its to help the environment), felt more like a hostel. No smoking throughout even the small balcony is completely closed off from others..

Very Good
Close location to airport.
An airport hotel that does airport transfers would be good. Basic small rooms, ok for an overnight but I don’t think you want to spend longer there.
